Graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in 2016, she has a technical background in French cuisine. She loves to highlight flavors of individual ingredients and works with as much local product as she possibly can. She is extremely conscious of food waste, product sustainability, and food miles that ultimately affect our environment. She specializes in turning non-vegan menu items into plant based alternatives, as well as vegan baked goods.
