"It was a joy to have Erika come cook for us. For health reasons, we require extremely low carb, but vegetarian meals. With her nutrition and chef expertise, Erika suggested a number of options to us by email. We picked a few, and then she sent a very specific, easy ingredient list along. She came to the house to cook while I was at work and when I returned home, there were delicious meals made for the week, labeled with instructions, and the kitchen looked cleaner than before she had come!
